Hieraan nemen verschillende partijen deel, te weten: CZ, de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit, Stichting KOMPAZ Nederland, Universiteit Maastricht en VGZ. Zij voelen de gezamenlijke opdracht: het borgen van goede, toegankelijke en betaalbare zorg voor iedereen in Nederland nu en in de toekomst. Een gedegen opschaling van zelfmanagementondersteuning, conform de principes van passende zorg, vormt hierin één van de puzzelstukjes. Een duurzame bekostiging van zelfmanagementondersteuning speelt hierin een belangrijke rol. Met gezamenlijke inspanningen hopen we een bijdrage te leveren aan het versnellen van de uitrol van zelfmanagementondersteuning, zodat we een stap dichterbij het behalen van onze opdracht komen: goede, toegankelijke en betaalbare zorg voor iedereen. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
